Wed, Dec 5, 2007 - AM Cardio
11:45AM-12:15PM Interval cardio using bike: 5 min wu/cd, 30 sec sprint/60sec recovery 15X. Entire workout lasted 32:50. This is an awesome little cardio cycle!!!
