New Yoga Class & Resistance Training
Today, I tried a new class called Yoga Strong at Equinox. It was AWESOME! It was more like a power vinyasa flow, but it incorporated a 10 pound yoga sandbag. It really got my heartrate up, and I loved the dynamic that the sandbag created. I loved it so much that I ordered an sandbag for my home practice. After class, I lifted for about 40 mins.
